These terms cover the public pages at auxfield.com. The partner portal, source repositories, and product licenses are governed by the agreements presented there (a non-disclosure agreement, a contributor license, and, when you are licensing a product, the Master Technology License Agreement and an order form). If those agreements conflict with these terms on that subject, those agreements control.
The public site is informational. It is not an offer to sell securities, and it is not an offer of a patent license. Submitting an email does not make you a customer, a licensee, or a contributor. Product names, text, and graphics on the site are owned by Auxfield Labs, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own product or imply that Auxfield endorses you.
Muskox, Qiviut, and other Auxfield technology are (or are intended to be) covered by patents and patent applications. Reading this site does not license those patents, exhaust them, or permit you to ship a product that practices them. Shipping rights come only from a Production order under the Master Technology License Agreement.
Portal sign-in is limited to people we invite or who already have an account. You will keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe they have been misused. We may suspend access that breaks an agreement you signed or that threatens the services.
If you leave an email, you ask us to contact you about Auxfield. You can unsubscribe at any time. The privacy policy describes what we do with that address.
The public site is provided as is. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the public site. Nothing on the site is technical, legal, or investment advice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, except that we may seek injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property in any court of competent jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
